YOUR TREATMENT PLAN
Every plan begins with measurement and a clinical discussion. From there, we structure a course that’s realistic, time-bound, and reviewed at defined intervals. A pathway built around your baseline.
Complimentary Assessment
WEEK 0
Initial
Clinical discussion with Dr Ashour, suitability and risk review, 3D body scan baseline, and a written personalised plan.
Treatment Course
WEEKS 1–4 Active Phase
Typically 6 sessions for EMSELLA® (twice weekly, 28 min each) or 4 sessions for EMSCULPT NEO® (weekly, 30 min each). Adjusted to your area and goal.
First Review
WEEK 6 Review
Symptom review, and discussion of any protocol refinements. Most patients report progressive change over the following weeks.
Outcome Check and Re-Scane
MONTH 2–3
Reassess
Full re-evaluation with imaging comparison. Many patients see continued improvement to this point, we decide together whether to extend, maintain, or pause.

FEES, PLANS & REBATES
Transparent Pricing.
Your first session is always complimentary so you know exactly what you are signing up for and we know that you can tolerate it. Treatment plans start from $1,500 AUD for EMSELLA® and $2,250 AUD EMSCULPT NEO® inclusive of all required sessions.
Results require a minimum of 4 and maximum of 6 sessions delivered over a 3-4 week period.
Dr Ashour maintains that your result is a direct reflection of his clinical reputation. As such, single sessions are not typically encouraged or offered.
Payment Information
Pay nothing until your second visit.
Payment can be split into two installments.
Afterpay is accepted.
Government Funded Coverage
Depending on your clinical situation, you may be eligible for partial cover through Medicare.
An annual Medicare rebate of approximately $720 AUD may be available for patients diagnosed with urinary incontinence, or those experiencing relevant contributory conditions. This can be used toward your treatment plan, and Dr Ash and the team can guide you through the process.
Eligibility varies and is discussed during assessment. ¹EM™ does not guarantee rebate outcomes.
